From Our Family to Yours: The Art of Designing Spaces that Tell Stories
The Essence of Spaces that Resonate with Memories
Every home is a realm of its own, an area ripe for designing spaces that breathe memories, laughter, and those fleeting moments that define us. At Terrace Joinery, we’ve always believed that designing spaces is a deeply personal endeavour. It’s more than functionality; it’s about creating environments that echo with stories and emotions, about crafting spaces that families cherish. Our collaboration with Castella is a beautiful symphony of two families coming together, each contributing its unique touch to the soul of the space.
Terrace Joinery’s Vision: Crafting Spaces that Families Cherish
Our journey in designing spaces is one of passion and dream. A dream to craft cabinetry that unfolds as the backdrop to myriad family memories. Being a family business, we feel the warmth of gatherings, the joy of celebrations, and the serene comfort of a quiet evening at home. Our cabinetry is not just furniture; it’s a testament to countless family stories and a crucial element in designing spaces that resonate.

Castella’s Promise: More than Just Handles
When you think of Castella, you think of a legacy of designing spaces that are enriched with character and personality. The Saunders family inaugurated Castella in 2003 with a vision that went beyond mere handles. It was about crafting stories, about infusing every handle with a narrative that adds a distinctive character to every space.

The Hydrowood Story: A Journey of Rediscovery
Tasmania holds many secrets, one such secret lay submerged in Lake Pieman—an ancient forest, shrouded in silence beneath the waters. The Hydrowood project was about reviving history, about designing spaces that reflect the tales of ages past. The timbers are pure, untouched, and narrate the saga of bygone eras.
Crafting Stories with the Hydrowood Collection
Castella’s Hydrowood Collection is a tribute to the philosophy of designing spaces that are eternal narratives. It’s a journey through time, an homage to nature, and a testament to Castella’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. Each handle, be it the elegant Murchison or the minimalist Tullah, is a chapter in this endless story.
